Delivery Destination
Jewellery from the webshop can be sent within EU. 

If items are to be shipped worldwide, please contact Platina Stockholm before.

 

Shipping Charges 

The prices displayed do not include shipping costs.
The shipping costs will vary depending on the item and where it is to be sent.

Customs Charges
International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival in the destination country.

 

Payment Options
If you would rather pay by another method, such as a bank transfer, please place your order by email.

Prices
All prices are in SEK including 25% tax.

Shipping
For items delivered within Sweden and the EU the Swedish Postal service PostNord is used.
Packages will be sent by registered mail. Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery.
Higher valid items may be sent in other ways.
All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
Items below SEK 10 000 will be sent directly. Items with the value of SEK 10 000 and higher we will contact the buyer before sending.
Items in precious materials such as precious metals and stones we will contact the buyer before sending. During holidays and summer vacation time, delivery may be longer than normal. 
 

Returns Policy

The item must be unused and undamaged in any ways to be refund.
Returns only to the same credit card as the purchase.
Please note that you will bear the cost of the return of the items
If your order is damaged in transit or faulty on arrival notify by email within 7 days. Give your name, address, information about the fault and if you require a refund or a replacement.

If you want to return an item that has arrived to you in good condition you must return it within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be sent back in its original unworn condition.
Please note that each product is handmade and therefore slight variations are part of the unique character of the work. Metals, stones and other materials may vary in colour from the image.

 

Privacy Notice
Your information will never be passed to any third party, nor will you receive any unsolicited email. When buying or inquiring about an item you are required to give basic contact information and this is used to communicate with you regarding your orders or enquiries.

We sell and ship only to persons over the age of 18.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, to anyone for any reason at any time.
Items available in the shop is not always available in the Gallery.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any of the items.

Re-sizing and Exchanging
Some items can be re-sized or exchanged to a similar piece, another size or color but please note that this is not for all and not for the most of the unique pieces. Please inquire about the specific piece.
